Martha Nelson is a licensed saleperson and will be representing clients in Vermont and New Hampshire.  Recently retired from the VA Medical Center after 31 years as a nurse practitioner, she is looking forward to helping you with your real estate needs.  Martha's years of caring and nurturing has prepared her to walk you through the process of buying or selling your property.

She has lived in the Upper Valley since 1971 and has extensive knowledge of the area. Martha has always been interested in older homes. She grew up in an 1855 brick house that her parents completely renovated.

 

Martha has many interests including sailing (member of the Shaker Village Sailing Club), old cemetaries and early gravestone carvers, photography, kayaking and of course old houses.  All of these activities enticed her to wander the back roads and waterways of the area.
